Abstract

Islam as the way of life includes learning as a basic fact; contents and guidelines of learning describe the nature of Islamic education very well. As education starts from family, a kid’s lesson starts through the informal mode. Outside of the structure of formal education, Islam defines the structure of a Muslim’s overall life; and we call the overall life's education the ‘Informal Education'. Islam teaches not only to learn but also to teach. And, we know the four major components of education- teacher, student, curriculum and institution. Here, in Informal Islamic Education, all three except the curriculum are the society; even a vast part of the curriculum shows guidelines to meet social phenomena. In this concern, the nature of social interactions is important from every aspect of Islamic Education. In the question of interactions, outlook is a fact because it indicates the appearance of a person; thus it becomes an indicator. As a complete guideline of lives, there are some obligations regarding dress-up of a Muslim; this is the part of piety. Persons who do not maintain the guidelines undoubtedly have impact on social interactions. This research will investigate the effects of this issue on Informal Islamic Education.
