Influence of Locus of Control, Self Efficacy, and Career Guidance on Students Career Maturity in Jakarta

Abstract
This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between Locus of Control, Self Efficacy and Career Guidance with Student Career Maturity in Jakarta. The Study was conducted for three months from April until June 2020. The total sampling used in this study was 200 respondents. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling and data technique for collecting data with a Likert scale of 5 scores/points. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 and Amos 23. Two of the three versions of the hypothesis is accepted and one was rejected. H1 indicates that the variable Locus of Control has a critical value ratio (CR) of 6,300 > 1,96 which means the research hypothesis was approved it means that the hypothesis is accepted. H2 indicates that the variable Self Efficacy has a critical value ratio (CR) of 1,187 < 1,96 which tells us the hypothesis is accepted. H3 indicates that the variable Career Guidance has a critical value ratio (CR) of 2,024 > 1,96 it means the research hypothesis approved.
