Implementation of Distance Education Based on Technology on the Effectiveness of Learning for Students and Teachers

Abstract
This study aims to: 1) the effect of the role of technology on distance education; (2) the effect of learning effectiveness on distance education; (3) the effect of learning media or Elearning on distance education, and (4) the influence of the role of technology, learning effectiveness, learning media on distance education. The population in this study were students and vocational classes X, XI, XII in Bekasi. With the number of respondents as many as 200 students. To answer the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression with the F test and t test and in order to see the relationship of convergent validity, using factor analysis. There are two types of factor analysis namely: EFA (exploratory factor analysis) and CFA (confirmatory factor analysis). Then use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) process. Can be concluded that: (1) there is an influence of the role of technology on distance learning; (2) there is an effect of learning effectiveness on distance learning; (3) there is no effect of learning media / ELearning on distance learning.
