Abstract

The far-reaching connection between collaborative networks and a comprehensive number of internal stakeholders is today more relevant than ever and affects the internal decision-making process in organisations. The role of leadership for new practitioners has changed, and differentiated indicators are being put into practice for the basis of internal communication. In recent years, internal communication based on social media has clearly gained in importance. Many companies are hoping for more exchange, better collaboration, more efficient processes and faster innovations, but many limitations are also visible. The provision of technology is enhanced by additional aspects of success, such as the authentic culture of trust and the influence of internal influencers.
