Abstract

The ideas of sustainable development have been known to mankind for a long time, but we still do not know how to use them for a full, decent human life. Shallow legal education, low legal culture, directs people to excessive economic development, destroying nature, creating a life-threatening environment. We have not learned and do not know how to overcome serious contradictions between the thinking minority and the majority, from among which officials with powerful powers are breaking out into power structures, creating obstacles to the transition to sustainable development.
