Abstract

This short article is a sureply to Bradley Karkkainen's article New Governance in Legal Thought and in the World: Some Splitting as Antidote to Overzealous Lumping written in response to my article, The Renew Deal: The Fall of Regulation and the Rise of Governance. The article refines the arguments on law and new governance as a body of literature that crosses regulatory fields.
