Abstract

In this paper, GR-TiN/PLA/TPU composite wires were prepared by melt extrusion forming process and GR-TiN/PLA/TPU composites were obtained by fused deposition moulding (FDM) technique.The effects of graphene content on the wave absorption properties and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. With the increase of graphene content, the wave absorption performance of the composite gradually enhanced, but the mechanical properties decreased. When the GR content is 4wt%, its maximum reflection loss is -29.08dB at 15.60GHz, and the effective absorption bandwidth reaches 6.80GHz when the thickness of the absorber layer is 3.0mm, and the tensile strength reaches 20.8MPa.The excellent wave absorption performance can be attributed to the fact that the composite of graphene and titanium nitride not only improves the impedance matching performance of the composite but also forms abundant folds and bumps inside the composite, forms a three-dimensional micro-conducting network and enhances the interfacial polarisation loss and electrical conductivity.
