Developing the OCRI™ (Organizational Cognitive Resilience Index), a proprietary diagnostic instrument that operationalizes PEM principles at the organizational level. The OCRI™ measures five structural dimensions of cognitive vulnerability in decision-making environments exposed to algorithmic penetration: habituality gradient, informational concentration, decisional predictability, data sovereignty depth, and structural vulnerability.Current work focuses on: (1) validation of the OCRI™ scoring protocol across organizational profiles (fintech, industrial, public sector); (2) expansion of the PEM legal threshold framework to Chilean neurorights legislation (Ley N°21.383) and the 2024 UN Report on Neurotechnology and Human Rights; (3) development of a forensic certification protocol for AI expert witnesses under the Chilean Supreme Court registry.
