Ideas:
“  I study workplaces and labor markets and the factors that affect earnings, conditions, and treatment of workers in them. This includes ongoing research on business and employment restructuring and its impacts on compliance with workplace laws and regulations; earnings inequality; and social networks of opportunity as well as policy implications of those impacts. Current work also explores how wage and other workplace norms are established and change over time.  ”
