“  I write about: (1) electronic records and records management systems; (2) the relationship between the use of evidence produced by electronic systems and devices, to the procedural laws concerning the use of such evidence in legal proceedings; and, (3) the use of “support services” methods of making legal services affordable for middle-income people, thus solving the “access to justice” (A2J) problem. My ideas are the product of my experience as a practising lawyer, which is summarized at: http://www.slaw.ca/author/chasse/ .  ”
