Ideas:
“  Two empirical projects: One on how small, underfunded, and understaffed worker centers can provide rights to all U.S. workers, and a second one on how labor organizing in 20th Century Puerto Rico prefaces organizing for workers’ rights in 21st Century USA. I am also working on a couple of articles on how minimum wage board experiences in Puerto Rico and Uruguay might inform present-day U.S. ambitions for sectoral bargaining. Another article manuscript explores economic coordination in U.S. cities.  ”
