Ideas:
“  I am working on: (a) smart contracts or - the use of blockchain technologies as transactional platforms. I focus on permissioned ledgers and closed environments. (b) the user interface problem in ubiquitous computing environments (IoT) - how do we communicate terms & conditions, privacy policies and compulsory disclosures in an environment devoid of traditional human-computer interfaces, such as screens and keyboards? how do users express consent? by blinks or nods? (c) problems of automation in the context of contract law: self-enforcement, algorithmic trading, machine learning, autonomous agents - what difference do they make, if any? Apart from problems of liability allocation - how do they affect intention, validity and enforceability? (d) general e-commerce stuff :)  ”
