“  I am interested in how legal rules in the private, social sphere can be applied in business environments. My main research topic in that area is property rights in and monetization of surnames.My other area of research is federalism and intergovernmental relationships; currently I am researching how federal law can impact non-traditional state government institutions' functions. For example, how does anti-commandeering interact with state judiciaries' plenary authority over the regulation of lawyers.  ”
