“  My current focus is using advance medical directives to hasten one's death and thereby avoiding prolonged dementia. I need help in further considering the nature of a dying process following withholding of simplistic medical interventions such as antibiotics. Also in considering the practicality of having such advance instructions implemented despite qualms of health care providers.  ”
