“  I am currently working on rates of return - based on reduced re-incarceration - to education and training in adult prisons in Western Australia. I apply sample bias correction techniques such as Heckman's two stage least squares technique and the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition methodology. I also use meta-regression analysis to review international studies of the effects on re-incarceration of specific education and training programs in adult prisons.  ”
