“  My research focuses on International Environmental and Energy Law. I am particularly interested in Climate Change Law and Policy, including climate justice, sustainable development, and the role of science in climate governance. My previous research interests, which were informed by my former practice as an international litigator, included International Arbitration and Law & Development. Ultimately, my research uses Law and Economics (more specifically, cost-benefit analysis) and Comparative Law methodologies to address contemporary legal challenges.  ”
