Mark Van M. Buladaco is a faculty member in Davao del Norte State College and the Program Chairperson of the BS in Information Systems program of the said college. He is a graduate of BS in Information Technology from the University of Southeastern Philippines and Master in Information Technology from the University of Immaculate Conception. He is currently pursuing his doctoral degree, Doctor of Business Management specialized in Information Systems. He research interest are on data mining, algorithms, GIS, ICT research, educational technology and knowledge management.
