Ideas:
“  My current work is focused largely on access to care, particularly in rural areas, and the social determinants of health. I am investigating both the causes and consequences of rural hospital closures, access to care in rural areas, the implications of increased telehealth utilization for health and healthcare disparities, and variation in the experience with health insurance across race and ethnicity. I am also pursuing research at the nexus of economics and epidemiology, particularly the effects of simulated epidemic/pandemic scenarios on healthcare and insurance costs.  ”
