Ideas:
“  Jurisprudence, Legal Reasoning, Public Law, Comparative Public Law. My approach to jurisprudence is piecemeal rather than general. I like to study each source of law in particular, and what they can teach us concerning the nature of law, legal authority, legal obligation, and soft law. I enjoy studying the ways in which legal sources interplay, how they bear on judicial duty, and the demands of the Rule of Law concerning legal sources. I'm less familiarised with international law, but I would like to spend more time thinking about it.  ”
