Ideas:
“  My research can be broadly summarized as focusing on household finance and time use, specifically how behavioral phenomena and time-allocation decisions determine agent-level consumption and savings decisions, as well as macroeconomic outcomes. I am interested in how such phenomena affect macroeconomic inferences pertaining to growth, inequality, welfare, environmental outcomes, health outcomes, labor market outcomes, and the structural evolution of the economy. I am also interested in topics pertaining to consumer budgeting decisions with high-frequency expenditure data, as well as credit utilization and debt accumulation behavior. My work has been funded by the NSF, the PNC Center for Financial Services at Carnegie Mellon University, and LAEF at UCSB.  ”
