“  The practice of justice, skipping the hair-splitting efforts to define what justice is by restating two dozen recurring questions that define how justice is done between each legal official and the persons to whom the officials owe a duty of justice. The meaning of justice is not very controversial when considered as a verb rather than a noun. Justice is not hard; we don't do justice because it is unpopular.  ”
