My work explores how organizations navigate social and environmental issues, from sustainability implementation to workplace stigma, and how these dynamics shape the way employees, managers, and society evaluate organizational actions. I publish under the names of Lucas Amaral or Lucas Amaral Lauriano, and have been working in the field of sustainability management for the past 16 years. I am also a joint professor at Dom Cabral Foundation (Brazil), where I research, supervise and teach Master and PhD students. I publish in leading journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, and Journal of Business Ethics, as well as in technical and policy reports that inform practitioners and policymakers.
