Ideas:
“  I am presently working on a project concerning the historical origins of Artificial Intelligence (AI), arguing that the key characteristic of AI is that it attempts to maximize economic gains from human activity in a potentially hostile environment. In effect it aims at reducing risk and uncertainty. From foraging societies that practiced hunting and gathering in the distant past (or the present) to the present in which industrial output harnessing non-organic sources of energy, the basic logic of AI has never changed.  ”
