Ideas:
“  The study of constitutional over-beliefs illuminates discrete clusters of feelings, ideas, and beliefs around which polities cohere and flourish. Constitutional over-beliefs reflect our collective effort to name and, in so doing, harness the uncontainable excess of constituent power. Constituent power is a generative force operating in a mythic (or ‘sacred’) now-time (jetzheit) before sovereign states have been founded or during states of exception when political forms undergo radical transformation or renewal. World making is what constituent power is for.  ”
