Ideas:
“  I'm currently working on the use of management controls to align a product differentiation strategy with innovation using survey data. We are using 5 constructs for Organic Innovative culture, formal controls, Entrepreneurial gap job contracts, measurement completeness, and coercive/enabling authority. Our research focuses on management within organizations not solely the executive level. Our hypotheses are motivated by case and empirical studies.  ”
