I currently work on three projects. 1. The Priority Setting project (with Or Brook) is an empirical research mapping and analysing priority setting practices of competition authorities in and outside of the EU. 2. My project on "Citizen Welfare" : the constitutional role of competition authorities , analyses the role of competition law as a fundamental institution of a democratic legal and political system. How do the specific procedural and institutional settings impact the position of the intended beneficiaries of competition law enforcement and democratic institutions: consumers and citizens? 3. Consumer-Citizen project: the project investigates the distinctive role of consumers and citizens in the law and governance design of democratic and sustainable economic models within the EU.
