I am a researcher and lawyer trained in Argentina and currently based in Toronto, though I continue to think through and with Latin America. I work at the intersection of law, gender, and reproductive health, a field where law often arrives as a solution after having been part of the problem. My research focuses on abortion, adolescence, and autonomy, with a particular interest in regulations that claim to protect but in practice control, delay, or constrain. I move between international law, public health, and feminist theory, with a healthy skepticism toward anything presented as neutral. I still believe law can transform realities. But I prefer to demand evidence.
