Ideas:
“  My work begins from a central question: how does the law adapt to technological innovation? In this context, interdisciplinary working characterizes my research agenda to the maximum extent, since my primary research interest lies at the intersection of law, technology and the humanities. Also, my research is cross-jurisdictional as I study the interface between technology, innovation, creativity, and intellectual property through the lens of international, European and American law. In doing so, I focus on four main research clusters: intellectual property and digitization; history and economics of creativity; information technology, Internet governance, and platform economy; artificial intelligence and the law.  ”
