“  With my team I have been working on my ERC Consolidator project ‘Building EU civil justice: challenges of procedural innovations bridging access to justice’', see http://www.euciviljustice.eu/. The project focuses on eJustice, ADR, ODR, self-representation and court international commercial courts. I am currently PI of a Vici project 'Affordable Access to Justice', funded by the Dutch Research Council, that builds onto the ERC-Co project, and focuses on costs and funding of civil litigation, including third-party litigation funding and crowdfunding.  ”
