“  Postpartum depression (PPD) in mothers of preterm infants is most of the time neglected and rarely considered a serious health issue by most organizations. This seriously affects the easy return of mothers of preterm infants into the workplace, particularly in jobs that involve high stress and with very limited employee support. Using the knowledge gained from the co-developed Mothers of Preterm Babies Postpartum Depression Scale (MPBPDS), this paper examines how human resource departments in various organizations can play an important role in the early identification, supportive reintegration, and the promotion of wellbeing for mothers of preterm infants experiencing postpartum depression. The study emphasizes the critical importance of integrating maternal mental health as an integral part of organizational development and workforce resilience, most especially within modern HR strategies that focus on inclusivity, trauma awareness, and mental well-being.  ”
