Abstract

This article is focused and devoted to two vital developments that are going to occur in the near future. The first part of the paper refers to the transition from the limited domain of "medical law" towards a spacious legal province that will be built up by entirety of directives with regard to the life and health of human beings. The second part of the paper refers to the transition from post-active regularization and imposition of moral liability towards pro-active preventive action of ethics education.
