Abstract

The Intellectual Property Litigation Clearinghouse (IPLC) will be a comprehensive online information source on IP lawsuits. Modeled on the renowned Stanford Securities Class Action Clearinghouse, the IPLC will host general statistical information, as well as text-searchable dockets, complaints, select motions, judicial opinions, and related data.
