Abstract

In our paper we studied the effectiveness of knowledge setup (KS) from the standpoint of a healthy skepticism that solitary innovations in Information Technology might not necessarily translate into organizational competitiveness. The effectiveness of knowledge setup for sustained competitive advantage is dependent upon organizational culture and environment that result in the cohesiveness among the components of a KS.
