Abstract

Management is a too much dynamic and diversified subject of modern administrative era. Management always follows a standard process and procedure. But modern world is continuously changing. New opportunities and problems are arising day by day. Any traditional management policy cannot cope with the new situations and cannot solve the new problems.

To cope with the new situations and to solve new problems management also change its policy & this is known as strategic management. Strategic management follows a particular standard procedure but it also change its policy based on new environment.

Bangladesh is a developing country of global free market economic era. As a developing country it has many management problems and also arising many with the pass of time. So to manage a newly established company is more challenging here.

No organizations can run properly without adequate management. Proper management is the only process to achieve organizational goal. Especially for a newly establish company strategic management is a vital factor of survival of the company.
