Abstract

The crisis management consists of including the capacity to recognize and to act against the signs that anticipate a damaging situation for the business. The apparent normality can precede the three large types of crisis organizational - attacks to the business on behalf of external or internal agents; the accidents that put at risk to any of the stakeholders; and the harmful actions from part of the personnel of the enterprise - do necessary to implement a system sensor of the risk of crisis, as well as the Plans of administration and communication of the crisis.
