Abstract

The biggest challenge around the health institutions is how to finance and manage health resources from an ethical perspective. In other words, it is necessary to balance the demands of justice assistance with the scarcity of resources for health institutions, which sets out four principles of organizational ethics that should guide the management of health institutions.
