Abstract

Banking Services has increased considerably after the Nationalization of Banks and the service sector also has experienced a boom in the late nineties. The Consumer awareness and the regulation of the banks by the Regulator RBI has sought and brought the banking companies under a purview of strict administration. The balance is struck when the banking services are totally in conformation to the consumer laws and are brought within the purview of strict monitoring of Reserve Bank of India.
