Abstract

The article would analyze the transparency and WTO from the developing countries perspective issue, using China as an example. It would focus on two aspects and point out a series of questions which need highlighting. The author first calls for appropriate aiding structures for developing countries, and further for the appropriate structures for business communities' participation. The latter would focus on the relationship among WTO, multinational corporations, and developing countries. The paper would also list the issues for further discussion.
