Industrialization transformed the agrarian landscape of Europe and US into a land of glass & steel with bellowing chimneys dotting cities & country side. This massive transformation of economy catalyzed drastic, often calamitous, changes in social structure, attitudes and beliefs. Similar upheaval is underway, this time transforming industrial economy into creative economy. This brings to the fore the basic question "what is creativity" and are we ready for the new economy?
