Abstract

We should assess whether revisions to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct proposed by the Ethics 2000 Commission will promote justice by focusing on the revisions concerning a lawyer's fiduciary duty in representing clients, the bounds of the law that curb client advocacy, and public access to justice.
