Lesa Humanity: The Venezuela's Practice

Abstract
The article analyzes the Venezuelan Supreme Court jurisprudence in relation with the Lesa Humanity concept. The interpretation of the Venezuelan judiciary associates the International Criminal Court's Statue definition of lesa humanity with other criminal offences such as drug trafficking. The article concludes with critics to the most important Court opinion and its consequences to Venezuelan foreign policy and other actions related with International Criminal Law.
