The Model for Ecumenical Understanding Organizational: A Theoretical Proposal Conducive to the Understanding of Cognitive Own System of Administration and its Construction as a Discipline

Abstract

The article tries to sustain the thesis of the convenience and the necessity that the administration stops to be a mere profession developed of acritics manner and absolutely articulate to the profitable logic of mode of development capitalist, and advance firmly in the construction of itself like discipline. To contribute in the fundaments of such an advance proposes a theoretical model starting from which also develops a series of positions around basic disciplinary questions as the study object, the method and the statute to discipline of the administration.
