Abstract

This short note is a list of 30 key questions general managers can ask themselves as they try to sort out what their corporate or managerial approaches to managing human talent within their organizations might be. The list is divided into strategic questions, recruiting questions, and performance-review questions. This note is intended for the senior general manager, not the human-resource professional.
