Abstract

This paper criticallyreviews measures of user information satisfaction and selectsone for replication and extension. Asurvey of production managers isused to provide additional supportfor the instrument, eliminate scalesthat are psychometrically unsound,and develop a standard short formfor use when only an overallassessment of informationsatisfaction is required and surveytime is limited.
