Abstract

problems relating consumer credit scheme, which is identified by the consumer credit customers. These problems are high interest rate, high processing fees, lengthy procedures, difficult to proof actual income, huge documentations, delay response from the bank employee, quotation providing problems, lack of cordial behaviour, small frame of time, hidden charges, insufficient financial support, negative attitude towards low income group, late payment fees are so high, early prepayment fees are too high, clumsy application form, critical procedure and guarantor problems. Most of the customers of the relevant sample banks identified problems in their own banks.
