Abstract
This is the second of two articles. In the first part, an Insolvency Service and Grant Thornton LLP-funded research project was discussed.1 In this second article a more specific response will be provided to Professor Jacob Ziegel's 2003 Oxford Society of Legal Scholars paper, which postulated that English insolvency academics have for too long neglected the serious study of the personal side of insolvency.
