Abstract

In Australia, the trustees of 'non-private' superannuation entities are usually corporations, rather than individuals. This article considers how the use of corporate trustees (rather than boards of natural person trustees) affects the legal accountability of those individuals ultimately responsible for the conduct of the superannuation entity
