Abstract

This paper (in French) reviews the work of the International Law Commission at its 58th session. Topics review include, diplomatic protection, reservations to treaties, unilateral acts, the responsibility of international organisations, shared natural resources, international liability for acts not prohibited by international law, and the effects of armed conflicts on treaties.
