The human resource is that which transforms, multiplies and elevates the other organization resources. A human resource is that side of organization asset which has quality to creatively take into account the other resources which are at the firm disposal as well as at the outer medium. The complexity of the human resource makes necessary some psychological, sociological, ergonomical and cultural evaluation, in order to assess besides quantifiable variables, the non-quantifiable variables too, all of them co working for the enrichment of the organization assets and for creating further flows under competitive conditions.
Considering the changes in the economic life, the role of human resources also becomes evident by the transition from the concept of economic efficiency "greater financial economic results with less effort", to the concept of social efficiency "the right person in the right place" and to the concept of ecological efficiency that is "spending by borrowing from the future".
