Abstract

This working paper (in French) studies the interlinkages between corruption and human rights. While discussing conceptual links between corruption and individual human rights, the report particularly focuses on Lebanon and the effects of corruption on the Lebanese youth. The report originated from the author's work with the Lebanese Transparency Association in 2004.
